Flight Attendant, Travel & Tourism Instructor

As
former Director of Customer Services Training for a major U.S. airline,
Kathleen Reiland has twenty years of experience managing , training and
recruiting flight attendants. She is an award winning writer whose
relevant courses prepare students for the rigorous and competitive airline
interviewing and training requirements. She holds a Bachelor of Science
in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of San
Francisco and a Master of Arts in Writing from CSU, San Marcos.
