Airline Customer Services

Cypress graduates are employed in airline customer service positions by companies such as American, Northwest, United, Delta, Alaska, Southwest, U.S. Airways and more. Positions range from gate agent, executive club personnel, frequent flier programs, ticket agent, baggage service, ground attendant, and ramp service personnel.

Cypress combines excellent facilities with an accomplished faculty of career professionals. It provides the serious student a thorough background in the principles and techniques needed for successful entry into this ever enlarging and respected field.

Cypress offers a choice of either a Basic or Advanced Certificate or an Associate of Science Degree in Airline Customer Services. Our program is dedicated to providing a complete understanding of every aspect of aviation and flight service, combined with a working knowledge of the connection with the hospitality and tourism industry.

Associate in Science Degree

The Associate in Science Degree in Airline Customer Services can be achieved by completing the additional 25 units of general education courses required by Cypress College along with the 36 units required for the Airline Customer Services Certificate and any elective courses to complete a minimum of 60 units.
